Fayetteville, N.C. – On March 9, 2026, the Fayetteville Police Department’s Vice Unit, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals, arrested 25-year-old Mickey Bell of Fayetteville after an investigation into narcotics activity at his residence on the 300 block of Lynhurst Drive.
The investigation was initiated after an anonymous tipster reported that Bell was selling drugs from his home. Warrants were obtained for Maintaining a Dwelling Place and Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Schedule VI substances.
During a search of the residence, officers seized 600 grams of marijuana, $7,000 in cash, and a handgun. Bell was booked at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $50,000 unsecured bond and later released after posting bond.
